Paceline Pilot Training is a web-based platform in support of David Parry's Freelance Flight Instruction operations conducted out of Victoria International Airport, where he conducts Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot, Instrument Rating, Multi-engine Class Rating, and Flight Instructor Rating on privately owned aircraft.  David holds degrees from the University of Calgary (BA) and York University (MA), as well as an Airline Pilot Transport Licence.  He is a Class 1 Flight Instructor and holds a Group 1 Instrument Rating, and has accumulated more than 10,000 experience as a Civil Aviation Flight Instructor.  David founded Langley Flying School back in 1994,  which he operated as President and Chief Flying Instructor from 1994 to 2015.  David currently lives in Esquimalt, British Columbia.
